Vacuum Single Facer
◆Fingerless type, adopt covered with vacuum suction system to ensure perfect flute shape
◆Individual driving box, gimbal transmission separate dynamic oscillating to improve running stability and reducing noise.
◆The corrugating roll is made of special 48Cr-Mo alloy steel with grinding process and induction hardened with of hardness HRC55-60. Surface is chrome plated.
◆Diameter of upper corrugating roll: Φ280mm,Φ320mm; Diameter of lower corrugating roll: Φ280mm,Φ320mm with Japan NSK bearing. The roller is processed with special middle convexity to keep good flute performance effect.
◆Lifted lower of upper Corrugating roller pressure roller and glue roller in or out are pneumatic controlled.
◆Auto-circulating glue feeding system is provided; surface of gluing roll is embossed with netting design and chrome plated. Glue application quantity controlled automatically.
◆Individual applicator roll clean up device and electrical glue pan dams
◆Corrugating roller, pressure roller bearings using high temperature grease lubrication
