◆The whole machine is cooperatively controlled by photic, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic methods with feature of safety and high efficiency. This machine can finish the complete job of creasing, die cutting, corner cutting, hand hole making at one time, especially suitable for the process of hetero-typed cartons.
◆The machine applied assistant paper feeding system namely vacuum suction system. Suction volume can be adjustable according to paperboard. Also adopts flexible feeding device and skipping feeding function.
◆All the transmission gears are made of superexcellent steel alloy and go through the process of high-frequency heat treatment and the highest precision grinding; Adopt spraying recycling lubrication system for transmission gears to lower the machine noise and prolong working lifetime of gears and ensuring the accuracy of the whole machine.
◆The position of left and right baffles is adjustable automatically with feature of speediness and accuracy. Advanced planetary gear mechanism make adjustment of die cutting phase accurately and conveniently.
◆The rollers made of high quality steel material. Surface grinded and chrome-plated. Running stably thanks to dynamic equilibrium testing
◆Adopting imported rubber mats of CUE from America with feature of fast convenient setting and replacing, nice die cutting edge. Long life-span with about 12,000,000 times of usage which can greatly reduce the cost of usage.
◆Anvil roller is reciprocating lateral movement with 40mm automatically and hydraulically. The pneumatic device controls the up-down movement of the cutting tool mould, which can protect and extended the life-span of the robber mat.
◆Unique speed difference compensate device, whatever the dia. of cushion change, the device can make the rubber roller along with template roller glide accordingly to keep the surface of cushion and knife template at same speed and insure every batch carton in one size automatically.
